The Hivey's Brew Journey

It all started in 2024, when founder Agho .I. Gracious decided to turn her passion for specialty coffee into a welcoming community space. What began as a small pop-up at local markets quickly grew into a beloved neighborhood café.

We travel directly to coffee farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica to build relationships with growers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. Every bean tells a story of dedication and care.

Our baristas undergo months of training to master the art of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art. We believe coffee should be an experience, not just a drink.
